Thank you for putting chairs & benches in the service. I had asked for for many years for customer seating in service area. I’m 82 years old, been your service customer since 2010 with our 2 Kias. So nice to be able to sit while waiting for service advisor.

When we first received the car we had wheel locks on our trade in. The salesman dewon sharp told us he would get some for our new vehicle give him a week. We followed up with him and he didn't respond. Then a week or so later he left us a voicemail saying to call the service department and it would be handled. We called the service department and they had no idea what we were talking about. We played phone tag with sharp but never got our wheel locks and are still waiting.
Nathan was very accommodating and answered my questions. He was a very pleasant young man.
Went in clean came out dirty. Took 2 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment.
I had a few issues this visit. Though I received texts to keep me informed, I did not get adequate replies to questions I had.
When I dropped off the car at my appointment time, I was warned it would take about 4 business days to get my car looked at. I’m not sure why I would set an appointment and then it have to wait 4 days for it to be serviced.
It also seemed the pick up process was not all that easy, having to get 2 people (who weren’t there) to sign off to release it.
Very helpful and attentive.
I am always completely satisfied with the service I receive on my Sportage, thanks to Michael!????????

Michael in service department was outstanding. Great customer service very friendly answered all my questions I had. I’m very helpful.
One thing I was not happy about was when I entered my vehicle. The plastic cover on the driver seat was left behind along with the paper floor mat. I noticed also the front passenger seat was reclined all the way back and was not put back in it’s original position when I dropped the car off.
Thank you always good customer service.
