My car went in 10/24 and it was lack of communication on what was going on. It happened more when Eric wasn’t in because he had the day off. If someone isn’t in and you have updates they should be informed. I called on 11/04 because Eric said my car should be ready and I was 5 on the list for a loner. It still wasn’t ready. I called at noon for an update. No one could give me one. I asked about a loner if I couldn’t get my car. Asked for a call back. Called again at 2 because no call back. I finally got an update and I was informed cat was done but they recommend my air filter to get replaced. I asked can it done quickly so I can pick up today. They said they would need a couple hours. I’ve already not had a car for 10 days I didn’t want another. If I hadn’t have called, followed up twice I would be picking up my car 11/5. The customer service was lacking this trip which I’ve always appreciated when coming in. This was not a failure by Eric by the team. I understand people have days off but other service people need to follow up on behalf of other team members.

Originally setting up the appointment. I requested a specific part to be replaced but was told to simply make the regular service and then request it day of. On the day, I was told that it would have to be inspected on another day with a seperate appointment. And to my suprise the maintance was also to include a lot of other services that I wasnt aware of, totaling 1100. Which I eventually declined, I called in but had no response and was given a number to text which I also received no reply. So I returned to verbally decline the extra service. During the service I received a video that was to noisy and mumbling to understand. When I picked up my car, my tires were over inflated, and the car hadn't even been vacuumed, which I remember being regularly included during my services. During the conversation I had, the representative constantly talked to other repesentiblves, non-working related. And he constantly tried to upsell on tires and brakes, which I declined stating I will do later for other reasons. The service was unacceptable, and unprofessional. The bare minimum was done. And I still received no word on the part I REQUESTED to be looked at. To which upon getting my car I told them I will no longer use this dealership for that part replacement. Along with seeing other customers also frustrated with the slow and terrible service, I too was unsatisfied. Not to mention my belongings in the car were all thrown into the front passenger seat. This experience shadows all other visits I've had, which were good. This makes me question the abilities and integrity of this dealership location.
Michael was very good in communicating with me on my first phone call. He was even better when I brought my Telluride in for service. I will be back next week for some additional service.
