Having my vehicle serviced this past weekend was easygoing from beginning to end, all of the staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate all the help provided by Mr. Eric Perez.

At first communication wasn’t the greatest but towards the end he was attentive and his supervisor Eric as well . But he problem I went in for wasnt fixed . Me driving on the freeway my screen started glitching again . So it wasn’t fixed , but the problems comes and go . But Emilio was. On top of . N I also understand it gets busier too and things do tend to bypass our minds . So my answer was a yes and no
Jose was very courteous and helpful. I wasnt prepared for additional car maintenance service. He was very informative and was able to direct me to "sunbit" and I was able to take care of the unexpected. He was very patient with this senior citizen and made me feel comfortable. "KUDOS JOSE"
U had my vehicle 8 days. With 1 update. No one ever called me back or texted me back. Could not get pass the automated answering service. The text to the warranty dept never answered me. Just a total lack of communication and customer service. Only when I talked to Adam, was help finally given. What a horrible way to treat your customer.
Micheal is always courteous and professional and provides great customer service with a smile. He fully explains the car service and prices making the process flow smoothly.

No loaners were available once my car was diagnosed with a warranty service so I had to rent a car for 7 days with my own money. I picked up my car this afternoon and all my caps were left off under the hood which caused my car to overheat. I got stranded on the side of the road with my kids. I called Kia and left a message but never received a call back. My car is still on the side of the road and non operational. This is very disappointing and I am very unsatisfied with your service.
Yes I was very happy with Eric Perez, I always try to schedule appointments with him. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive makes the process easier.
Lack of communication from Kia (not Eric) letting me know my car was ready. No one called me back after I left a message for an update. This was Eric’s day off, so it was not him who ignored me.
