Aldo was very clear on the process and his information regarding the work and time frame of work to be completed.

This was my second time using the service department at Covina Kia and my experience as far from satisfactory. For starters the service manager that was assigned to my car called me 3 times, each time there was a different diagnosis. Did not knowledge to explain what was wrong outside of “this is what code we got”. Additionally Inwas told that my car would take 5-7 days to complete, it took over two weeks. I asked for a loner and none was provided. I just felt like the over commitments just kept coming. Lastly, there were several unhappy customers in the lobby that were over committed to and they were yelling and cussing at the desk agents. Overall, a very poor experience. Please don’t take this feedback lightly. As a customer service/sales professional, I would be embarrassed if my operation was conducted like this.

George wasn’t my service advisor this time (out with hand injury). Mike was. His communication was terrible. 7 weeks of me having to call repeatedly for updates, and was given misinformation many times. Also, I was told I was on a loaner list—-for three weeks—- and never received one. I understand staffing and parts can be unpredictable, but how difficult is it to text or call with an update?
Please see my paperwork I signed upon picking up my vehicle. There's a note left there about the issue not being resolved. I'm waiting on management to call me back.
