The automated emails were incredibly frustrating and the lack of communication was so off-putting. If I hadn't called multiple times I would have been left in the dark. I also wish there were some sense of urgency regarding an Onsite rental. I understand being overwhelmed with clients, but it just feels like there's no sense of organization because of it.
The noice in the air conditioner is not fixed. The dealership said they cleaned it and there was no more noise however the noise is still there.

My car was there for a recall. After having my car in your service department for 3.5 hours, I was told you didn’t have the part to do the recall. This Kia dealership is the worst run and worst managed! This is the third or fourth time this has happened to me for various recalls. There is no excuse! I am extremely dissatisfied!!! Someone with some common sense and business knowledge needs to takeover and manage the dealership and be accountable to customers. Shame on you Covina Kia!!!

Service seems to be going downhills. I have taken my Kia there since I bought it brand new. This was the worse experience I have ever had . Nothing was done and the lack of communication was none. I had to keep calling and then wait up to 45 min and then kept getting hung up on. I’m looking for somewhere else to take my car to from now on.
Eric was very professional and polite. He made it easy for me to understand the breakdown of the service provided and also let me know what was needed. I am very satisfied with the service.

Because we made an appointment to add a part to our vehicle and when we arrived we were told that the part did not fit our vehicle. Also, we ordered a dashboard cover for my car and it’s the wrong one.
