You have a very bad dynamic in your service team. Michael sets an atmosphere where the other representatives treat customers like they do not matter and try to scare them off with diagnostic fees on warranty concerns. They also threaten 3+ week diagnostic times.
I have been to Al hambra Kia for service as well as others and I can tell you without a doubt that your dealership is the absolute worst atmosphere of any service station I have been to.
I can confirm that Matt and Adam are the opposite, but they are just cleaning up the mess caused by the other reps.
I wish you luck as I never plan to revisit your service location or for that matter to ever consider buying a car from your dealership due to the poor management letting their service go to the levels it exists at due to a rogue service lead and a bad atmosphere.

Matt Park was great. He was courteous and addressed every concern and question I had about my vehicle with great service. I have no problem with him whatsoever and look forward to continue coming to Covina Valley Kia based on my experience with him.
However, what makes me second guess coming here a second time was the shuttle service. My issue was with the miscommunication that failed to pick me up until I had to call 2hrs after the suggested pick up time. I was told from multiple people that one of the drivers was going to his lunch and the pick up list was lost in communication. While I understand the shuttle services are a courtesy, not a necessity, that doesn’t excuse wasting the time of customers who have other obligations. They could have found out who wasn’t picked up and contacted me. It shouldn’t have come from the customer to make sure the drivers are on time with their pickups that the dealership promised in the first place. This mishap caused a lot of delays in my schedule and other appointments and I am unhappy with how this was overall handled. There was no proper response from the dealership’s part to reassure the customer that this would not happen again. Perhaps that’s because shuttles are a “courtesy” we should be grateful for? If that really is the attitude this dealership has, I plan to take my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed and happy with the service.
Customer service was terrible. I waited 3 weeks to be told that I would need to wait another 3 weeks before they could look at my car. Then, they wouldnt be able to fix my car because it doesn't have an engine code. My car is still messed up with what I believe is a transmission problem, but I cant take it to Kia for repairs because there is no engine code. I sincerely regret my Kia purchase.
