Water conservation was the reason (excuse) for not washing the car but I guess they ran out of water and couldn’t even clean the windows as indicated in the iMessage car pick up notice…George did his best but he didn’t have much support at the service desk…

Well I wasn’t completely satisfied with Carl it was the service of the technician being quick and reliable but Carl can work on his people skills or maybe he just didn’t wanna be at work that day , his co worker Micheal the older dude had the perfect attitude and personality for the job I will like to be serviced by him when I come in not Carl he was dry dull unresponsive.. either he doesn’t like his job or doesn’t know how to work with all type of people .. but he can do better .. Micheal tho the best !!! Send me a review for him he was awesome and very impressionable
Service work & advisors were great.
However, still no bench/chairs in service advisor area while waiting. I’m 81 years old & have serviced our Kia’s since 2010 with your dealership.
Those painted tires in service advisor area are useless.
There were 3 women & 1 man waiting for service write-up help this morning & no place to sit.

Michael Service was fine except the mechanics forgot to put the cover where the seatbelt goes back into place it was loose. I had to go back but other than that everything was fine.
I had an appointment at 12 came in at 11:40 they said it would be 3 hours and my car wasn’t ready until 4:50 like cmon bruh
Brought my car in and was told I wouldn’t receive a call with a diagnosis until 5 to 7 days. My car just sat there in your lot and I was forced to purchase a rental vehicle since I was told by your rep that the dealership couldn’t provide one for me because they didn’t have the diagnosis of my car. They just left me without a car for over a week! That’s absolutely terrible service. Then I called 5 days after waiting for a call to be told my car still hadn’t been looked out. On day 8, i finally received a call and was told I had to purchase a new battery for 673.26 in order for them to run the diagnostic. However, when they replaced the battery all the errors were erased! Shouldn’t your technicians know that this would happen?! Now I don’t even know what was wrong with my car and car was just given back to me without anything being addressed. So there’s a high possibility the car could break down again any day now and then I’ll be without a car AGAIN!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Covina Kia and I’ve been a long time supporter. There’s no chance of me ever purchasing another Kia or bringing my car back there after this horrible experience.
