A 15,000 service was supposed to take about 3 hours ended up being 4.5 hours. Very frustrating to wait that much time for something that was advised a considerably less wait time. My appointment was at 10a, so they shouldn’t have been that backed up that early in the day. I always get my car back washed and it wasn’t washed this time. Not sure if that’s still something done with the change in ownership or because service was running behind.

Car came out good. It did take a while but figures it’s a much smaller dealership. Waiting area was cool and comfortable. Clean bathrooms.

I waited 4 1/2 to get an oil change. They were supposed to do something else to the transmission but they couldn't and never told me until 4 1/2 hrs later. I will never bring my car back.

I was very happy with the service that I had and glad that the recall part was available and put in ,the appointment was only a few days from the date I was notified about the part and everyone was so professional and polite my car is running great thank you so much!!????

First off, Michael Connelly was a fine service writer. My problem is a new car. Should not need an $800 service. I had. Him not doing some things that it needed to bring the cost down to $470 still quite a bit of money. For what I thought was an oil service.
