The person who helped me made me feel like he did not want to answer my questions he emphasized that the person who’s supposed to be helping me is on lunch every time I’d ask him a question, which also upset me because if I had an appointment at a certain time with him why would he go on lunch or at least passed the assignment to someone willing to treat me like a customer of their own and answer my concerns. I’ve always loved coming here especially when Jonathan was working there but the service has declined ever since.
First of all it took 7 days to fix my horn. Ugh. I was told it would take 48 hours. I also only had a stick loaner car available, which is ridiculous! I was deeply dissatisfied. Manger listened, but it was just a bunch of I'm sorry.

I went in to get an oil change and for 3 safety recall repairs. George did not sound to familiar with the recalls when I asked what would be done for each recall. This made me uncomfortable. They were all marked as complete but I still feel uneasy about their completion.
