As always my service was excellent and I will return to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership.
I went to replace my windshield blades. Greg completed my RO , he was very attentive and everything but when I receive my car back. The blades were not working properly, so I told Greg about it. He realized that the blades were installed backwards. He himself fixed the blades and installed them properly to my satisfaction. It is very clear that the technician did a bad job.
It was so helpful that he made a check of our battery happen! It was replaced quickly.
The service was HORRIBLE and I’m not talking about the car service I’m talking about checking in with Thomas and checking out I my appointment was at 9:40 I got there at 9:50 due to me a couple of mins late this man DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL my car was sitting in the parking from when I dropped is off at 9:50 till 10:55 and me as the customer having to ask why my car has been sitting for an hour with no working being done to it. Then after me asking when is my car going to be worked on 20 mins later that when Thomas FINALLY SAYS my car is being worked on. My car was done with a **** oil change and tire rotation at 11:50 and my car was just sitting in the parking for another 30 mins and I as the damn customer to walk up to his RUDE RACIST **** to have to ask him if my car ready and while he giving attitude for me what reason cause I’m black the next time I get any work done in my car THOMAS BIGGGG BELLY **** SMALL **** BETTER NOT BE THE ONE HELPING ME and this is not the first time he has been rude to me the first time I gave him a past but I’ve had enough of him and his bullshiit

Although Matthew was excellent, the service department left me totally dissatisfied with the repairs. I brought it in for a service recall of the fuel pump along with regular maintenance and after waiting 6 hours for the service to be completed, the car broke down on 441 in the middle of traffic and would not restart. A nice driver was kind enough to help me push it out of traffic so no one would crash into me while I waited for AAA to pick it up and tow it back to Classic.
I’m very unhappy and after paying close to 400.00 today for the service I hope that Classic will compensate.
I’ve been a loyal Honda and Acura driver for over 30 years and have never had an experience like I did today.

Nick was an extremely great guy who helped both me and my sister with a walk in service when it was crowded. I thought it would take all day but I got my car back in a fairly short amount of time as well. Nick was very polite and made sure we had excellent and fast service.
