As soon as I left the Proprty A Light went on my dash “ LOW TIRE PRESSURE “ I came back and the nice guy added Air to all 4 tires ! Seems strange since that should have been checked with the 2 + hour Oil change !!

My advisor was eating when I got there and didn’t seem engaged in my appointment at all. He went to check my car in and then came back and asked me what were the miles on my car, which made no sense because I would assume that’s something he would check when going in my car. I asked if my car needs any maintenxe and he was unable to tell me , I also asked for a tire rotation because it was under the warranty and as soon as I left the dealership my tire light was on. I will be brining it back in tomorrow to be checked but the fact that an inspection was supposed to be done and I assumed when rotating my tires they would check to see if they were at the right tire pressure or if something was wrong but that was not done. This was horrible service from classic honda and I am very disappointed.

Josh got me all squared away without an appointment at the Classic Honda location in Florida.I mistakenly set up the appointment on line at the Classic Honda location in Ohio and Josh was cool with taking care of me.I have been a customer of Classic Honda since 2004.

Josh was excellent, my concern is that I came to your dealership with a Screw in my tire of my Civic Type R and was told I needed a new tire they couldn’t plug or patch my tire..My confusion is the concern for my safety after being told it will be 4 to 5 days before they can get a tire in inventory for obvious replacement of my damaged tire.. again Josh was very professional and nice , I just feel a little more could have been done in this situation.. I came there with a Screw in my Tire and left with a Screw in my tire.. thank you for putting air in my tire as was noted in my receipt.
