Great service

First, when I arrived, I was informed that the service appointment at 9:20am would take an hour. I sat down and 10 minutes later was informed that they did not have all of the necessary parts to complete the service even though I called to confirm prior to scheduling. After a little over 2 hours, I found out that they had completed the wrong service and added splash guards and did not install the floor mats. I’m addition, I was charged for additional labor due to this service that I did not agree to. I will admit that Greg took ownership over the multiple mistakes and agreed to cover the additional cost incurred. It was my first opportunity to use your service department after buying a new car and the experience was less than ideal. I am uncertain if I would return to the dealership for more car related issues. Brian H

I unfortunately had to have my car towed this week and choose the dealership hoping they would have parts instock or readily available. I ended up waiting 4 days to get my car back. One of those days my service manager was out of office. I wasn't given any warning that they would not be available and it seemed like all progress had stopped on my vehicle until he returned the next day. I originally agreed to the service fee and went without a loaner vehicle thinking I'd only be without a car for a day and thought I was paying a premium for expedited service. That was not the case and I actually had to make an intermediate trip via Lyft to the dealership to pick up some loose items that I needed for work. The process was not convenient and I ended up feeling ripped off on the value. Had I known it would take 4 days I would have shopped around or taken it to another dealership in the area.

I was very, very satisfied with my service. Mr Toussaint walked me through what was about to be done and the approximate wait time.

It was my first time back to this dealership in over a year. I was pleasantly surprised!
