Rude and abrasive service manager. On the phone, I was told I'd get in and out in an hour.
When I arrived at the dealer, they said to expect 2 1/2 hours.
After the way I was treated, I doubt I will ever go back to this dealer.
I schedule an oil change was more than two hours. I had to come back another day and then there is oil spill on my engine cover.
I was told I had to wait 1 hr 20 min for an oil change. I had to wait 15-20 additional min and I didn’t like the way the service was handled. Also I was asked for another employee why I was in the service area for a long time and when I tried to tell her I had to wait longer than expected she told me “I had to understand that the service is taking longer because they are under staffed.
Matthew is very friendly and helpful! I enjoy working with him.
So far so good.didnt have to wait long.
Josh is extremely professional, helpful and kept me updated on my car.
