I advised josh that I wasn't interested in trading in my Honda for another one. I am in a period of my life where I have to minize expenses and taking on a new payment is not sometime gI wanna do right now. but I have spoken with josh in the past and he is very courteous and professional whenever I speak with him .

My service experience was great because of Josh. He is head and shoulders above the other service advisors currently working there. Josh is THE reason I take my car to Classic Honda for service. Josh Is good at multitasking, working closely with the techs, finding needed parts, very knowledgeable, resourceful and he treats everyone with respect. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done and answers every question you may have. The other team members look to him for insight, expertise and assistance. I have seen Josh as he talks to other customers and how he treats each one as an individual and makes people feel confident that they're in good hands at Classic Honda.

I didn't like how dirty my car was upon return and the damages to my leather on the dashboard and a crack in my windshield and scuff marks on the trim and missing fasteners in the engine bay on the plastic panels I expect higher attention to detail also the trash stuffed in my door and having to wait three weeks for repairs was something I didn't like as well
