Called to get a key cut price and was told by Karina who had me on hold and went to check, then she came back on the phone and said the manager told her $65, I had her confirmed it was $65, so I towed my car to the dealership and then the next morning the service manager Joshua called me and would tell me $189, I asked why when I explained what I was told, he said $65 for the key and $99 for key programming, why wasn’t I told that before when she checked with the manager she told me!
