I was not unhappy with the representative., she was very nice. However, When I signed up for appointment on internet I put two things that needed to be checked. When I got there I was told since This was an expressed service the car would have to be sent to another shop to check sunroof and steering wheel and it would be best to make an appt. to do that. I also received a text while I was waiting showing other services that were recommended. I refused because I did not know how to judge if needed and would have preferred to have discussed it with someone.. Everything just seemed so impersonal- as if your main concern is get as many cars as possible in and out. While waiting I was talking to a gentleman that had similar concerns.

Staff was very efficient, polite, and professional as always. Routine maintenance- oil change etc was performed as agreed-never had a problem with the quality of work. My dissatisfaction this time is for the price quoted to repair a problem with my hatch opening. The motor opens the hatch fine but then it immediately steps closed. The repair was quoted at nearly $2300!!! That’s about 20 percent of the vehicle’s worth. Six hours of labor. Really? With tools staged I could pull an engine in that time. Time to reevaluate where to take my car for work.
