The only thing I was concerned about is that I was given the paperwork to sign, and later read it hours later when I got home. It said I was told of a recall, but didn't do it and was told it would remain open. I'm sure if the service person had come out to speak with me, he would have done so. No one mentioned the recall to me yesterday, and the comments on the paper struck me as odd. No problem with the service and staff that I spoke with during my visit to the dealership. Everyone was cordial and professional.
My service was a great experience. It was a little chaotic because it was a busy Saturday morning, but the team handled it great, and I was done when they’d thought I’d be.
