I waited an hour for my service although I had an appointment. Marvin did provide an Uber to take me home since he said it would take an hour and half to replace the part. Once I arrived home he called to tell me the wrong part had been ordered & it would be 7 days before the correct part arrived & they could replace it. He sent an Uber to bring me back to the service department. Once I arrived & waited for my car someone else's car was delivered to me. I then had to wait for my car to be found.

She quoted me a price and kept her word and I really appreciate doing business with people to honor their word.

Today’s service was exceptional in that I thought the work to be done would take 4 hours and I would be waiting in reception all that time. However, all work completed in about 2 hours. This was outstanding service.
