I Had an appt at 5 pm my car wasn’t sent in to start getting worked on until like 6:40 pm. There was another couple who arrived way after me and they also had an appt and they left before I did. My car was ready after 7
pm. I also notice the same mechanic working on 3 Different cars at the same time. He would work on one for a little then go to the next and then the next. I believe that’s one of the reasons it took longer. Not enough workers.
Was not informed that my car was ready, until 4 hours later. Saw on the papers that it was ready by 12:37 PM, was only able to pick up by 4:30. I understand it was busy, but I could’ve taken my car out of your guys’ hands right away. Was also told that it would take 2-3 hours, took about 6 hours due to NOT being informed it was ready.
