Um,my car was starting sluggishly so I instinctively knew it was probably the battery. Phoned Aslan, told her what was happening, and my car was picked up for servicing like 8:45a or so & my car was delivered back by the time I got off work at 10a w/no worries and nothing to pay w/the battery still under warranty. Doesn't get better than that!!!
My hood was not closed securely & had to pull over on the Interstate to close it & that happens! All vehicles should be inspected carefully before returning to the customer, good thing iit wasn’t pouring ???? I am a very satisfied Honda owner & the Customer Service is wonderful . I Love Meridian Honda!!!

Did not reset maintenance screen/meter on Pilot…I had to do it myself & it still shows code A (replace oil) which was done today. Besides that, it’s all good.
