Unrelated - the quote for battery replacement was over $250 - an equally good battery can be purchased at Costco for less than $100. I don’t mind paying for convenience but that margin is too wide. Which makes me pause on any other services that might be necessary in the future.

Russell hardly said anything to me during the entire process. When I came to get my car he just handed me the keys and I had to ask him what was done to my car or if the recall effected my car. He probably said 8 words to me between my drop off and pick up which made me uncomfortable. I won't be coming back to do any business or have any repairs there again.
I like that I was informed of my prepaid service for my oil change limits. The lumberton location does not inform at all and expect you to tell them when they as employees should look up the information and help you save. I liked that my wait was not too long. I like I received texts updating me. My only complaint is that the snack machine prices are incorrect. I bought a candy bar that was supposed to be .75 cents and was charged $1.50. I didn’t realize this mistake until the next day when I checked my bank account.
Car service done in a timely manner
From my first phone call to make the appointment to have my car looked at, through the check in process everyone was cordial direct and upfront. I was very pleased with the timely matter in which they diagnose my problems with my car. I had previously taken my car to the Kia Kia dealership in Cary. Where the Carrie dealer said I needed $5000 worth of work including replacing my catalytic converter, which had nothing wrong with it and holding my car more or less hostage for 10 days. University Kia was a breeze, they were professional they did great work and I intend to take my car there from now forward even though it is almost an hours drive away from my home. University Kia is a truly great team both in their abilities and their customer service.
