Having been advised that we could not move our appointment for an oil change to an earlier time... we accepted that. We determined it was worth asking if the time might be changed, but we kept our appointed time. We did go early to wait at the Ford dealer as our other tasks in Mankato were complete. We were delightfully and unexpected told our vehicle was ready about 2 minutes after they were to begin the oil change. It turns out they were able to take the vehicle early and they did so. We appreciated that kindness. Thank you.

I told Anthony that we were a one car family and if possible, would appreciate having our Escape looked at and repaired as soon as possible. Anthony had one of the mechanics check out our complaint, determined it was a rock in the brake pad and had the car ready to go on just a few hours. On a personal level, Anthony was cool to talk with, very personable.

We were disappointed there was not really any attempt to provide a loaner car. We had another car in the shop & our other vehicle’s power steering was leaking as well. When I asked for a loaner, the response was, “They are kind of in short supply right now.”

Anthony turned my attitude around about Mankato Ford. My initial visit (prior to this service) was not terrible and everyone was professional and it seemed they were challenged to complete the task of resetting the unknown door access codes. I better unstood the need to charge for this service after the visit especially understanding connecting to the Lincoln can be troublesome. My disappointment came after this visit when I called to ask about parts for the Lincoln and was told all the details from my initial visit were not available because of a system change. Step in Anthony, he was able to assure me all was still contained in the service history. He worked to instill confidence with continued communication and status updates on parts available and scheduling, with a trip happening he was able setup a time that worked for us to accomplish the service on time and without intrusion to our schedule. He was quick to call after the technicians inspection to provide input on recommended service and was VERY kind even when I was not happy to learn about the recommendations and rejected the service. These included a needed license plate bulb and tire rotation. Anthony then worked to secured a shuttle to aid us in the pickup process. I'm definitely happy to recommend your dealership after this experience and will plan to work with Anthony in the future. Please share this with him if possible that I'm very greatful for his help throughout the entire process.

I had a tailgate damper installed. After the installation, the paint on the passenger side rear quarter panel was scratched and damaged. I was told by Anthony that the installation tech tried to use a paint pen to cover up the damage but was unsuccessful. He said the body shop was gone for the day and needed to speak with them on how to proceed. Now I'm waiting to be contacted to have the paint and clearcoat repaired.

My appt was tues. He called promptly tues with the diagnosis and had to order parts. He said they would be in tomorrow (wed) I specifically asked if he would have time to get it done wed and he said absolutely. I asked for a price and he said 800 something. I called at 1 on Wed to get a estimate as to when it would be done and Anthony was on lunch other guy put a note on his computer and said he'd be back about 130. I called again at 215 and Anthony answered claiming he jist walked in from his lunch break which was why he didn't call, said the tech was working on another vehicle when he walked in and mine should be next. I asked how long it takes and he said a few hours if he starts today he should be done in the morning. He said he was going to run and touch base with the tech and would call me back. Again no call back. I call at 8am Thursday for Anthony to answer and I to respond hey me again, you know the one you were running and touching base with the tech and calling back! He said he forgot to call me but it was done yesterday (wed) and when it came time to pay it was almost $1100!

We were told the truck would be in Tuesday and ready Wednesday but on Wednesday my wife called and they told her it wouldn’t be ready until end of day on Thursday. I called around 3:30 on Thursday and they proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until Friday
