Lennie was great. He should the Mark of a true professional. We purchased a new Telluride, our left rear window shattered with less than 150 miles on our new vehicle. I explained to Lennie that we were going on a long road trip and was planning to use the Telluride for the trip. We needed the vehicle window replaced within a week for the planned trip. Lennie went to work and had our vehicle repaired in time for our scheduled trip.
