Gino was so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain what was going on with my car. I was in and out faster than I was expecting and really enjoyed getting into a clean car afterwards. Thanks to the whole team and especially to Gino for being so helpful and making my experience positive, he is a great asset to the company.
Lennie was awesome. So is the entire staff. My only criticism is that I went to get the fuse box kit as part of a recall installed. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part. I'm told they will have it on my next service and not to worry. When I made the appointment, I told somebody that it was for the recall and for servicing my car. It's not a major problem, but I think it's solvable. Lennie and the entire staff could not have been nicer about all of this. I'll be back.

Friendly upbeat knowledgeable gracious and patient professional guy.
