Justin was completely unprofessional. My appointment time was 10:00. I got there at 10:02. He had checked my mileage and I had signed the estimate by 10:10. Justin said that my Sorento would be ready within an hour. My Sorento was lowered to the ground at about 11:00. At about 11:30, I told my son that the service was taking too long. We were overheard by a lady walking by, who said something to a man behind the counter. He was sympathetic and checked on my car. When Justin was going over the charges, there were no apologies. I requested $10 off so I could go to a car wash. He said no, I could come back. I had to leave, other appointments and a trip out of town - with a dirty car. When I said I would never come back. Justin said whatever. When he walked me out to my car Justin was flippant and said he didn’t understand why I was so angry. I was angry, I never raised my voice. I am extremely disappointed. For over a year I felt like a valued customer, now I don’t. I won’t be back. If someone asks me I will say I love my Kia, but don’t go to Paso Kia.

Matt was extremely rude and I feel, as a long term and multiple KIA buyer, that customer service is key to keeping the customer happy. Apparently he's awkward with people, at best. Perhaps his lack of social skills will develop, but his lack of knowledge about KIA is definitely a problem.

NO ONE EVEN SAID HI TO ME WHEN I WALKED IN FOR A SCHEDULED APPT. I SAT IN SILENCE WHILE I WALKED INTO THE SHOP WITH NO ONE ELSE EXCEPT THE 2 GENTLEMEN WHEN I WALKED IN AND NOTEVEN A HELLO. I WAS THERE FOR A RECALL WHICH I UNDERSTAND YOU DONT GET PAID FOR BUT I REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK WHEN I DOMT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW I PAY MORE QHEN GOING TO A DEALERSHIP WHICH I AM AWARE OF AND WILL PAY BUT IF I DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
