The left rear back up light does not work

Paid almost $12000 for car repair. Finally after 5 plus weeks of them “working” on my car I was able to go pick it up and the very next day the check engine light was on. Very very unhappy with the whole experience. Asked them not to do my brakes and alignment to help keep costs down and they did it anyway and surprised me with the charges when I went to pick I’ll my car the first time. 3 days later it wouldn’t start and had to have it towed back and they got me with another $4500 in charges. My check engine light is still on.
My truck was at your place for an issue with front drivers side leaking oil
You said it was just a misrouted vent tube and easy fix. But. You folks left my poor brand new truck with gear oil all over it. I am new to gmc / chevy dealers. I have owned dodge trucks for 1,5 million miles. Maybe they spoiled me on service but they would never given me back a truck with gear oil all over it. Now I need to shut my truck down yet again to pull wheel off to clean up the gear oil from my tire and wheel and the under carriage.
Just my thought as I expected better of you folks.

Took the car in for a repair before vacation trip.The repair was more involved than expected. They expedited the repair for us and we were able to leave for vacation on time. I was very pleased.

I find your service staff unfriendly. Additionally, I use to get an inspection list for my car (thing that need done), and now I get nothing. For example, if they had been friendly enough to talk to, I would have asked about new brakes. Or, I heard them talk to another customer very friendly about detailing her car. I asked, and they gave me the name and number of someone else.
Brett and team did a great job helping us with our warranty issue.
Haven’t been told if my truck is done yet so I’m not sure how I can be satisfied.
