I brought in my 2006 Honda CRV for the 100,000 mile checkup. I also complained about a warning light being on the dash. The service rep did not know what the light was and unfortunately it was not displaying at the time that I checked in. As soon as I started up the car after it was serviced, the light came on. Instead of looking at it then after I had shown him what it was in the owner's manual, he told me to bring it back at a different date and they would probably need to look at the latch on the back.

Jim did an amazing job. I took my car to PepBoys 6 times and they still could not fix my car. Jim figured it out and fixed it! He is communicative, efficient and trustworthy. He went above my expectations when dealing with contacting my original dealership for information regarding my vehicles warranty. Jim really deserves a pay increase. He offered by far the Best customer service and repair experience I've ever had.
