Technician broke the TPMS sensor in during a tire change 6 months ago. I never got a call from parts telling me the part arrived. I called and they said it came in 2 days ago but they just didn’t have the chance to call me. They told me to come in the next day before 5pm. I arrived the next day at 4:30 and was told there were no technicians there who could install the sensor. They told me to come in the next day. The repair went relatively smoothly, but the service rep said it would take an hour and it took an hour and a half, which was fine but the rep was weird about insisting that he did the job in the stated time. (I overheard him have a similar wierd conversation about time with another customer as well).

The advisor was fine. The vehicle was promised in 2 hours but took 3 1/2 hours. Not advised re: delay. Also, car wash code didn’t work. But the worker there let me in after he tried.

I just hope they follow up on the parts that need to come in they're back ordered and that they do procure the rental that I need cuz they said they will keep the car for like 6 days. Is that all comes to fruition without any problem everything is great.
