I scheduled an 8:00 appt which took 3 hours to complete a minor check and oil change. The service person needs to have a little more interpersonal skills instead of being so abrupt. I have been to other Honda Dealers that provided their clientele with complimentary coffee and danish. Metro did not offer this.

Customer service and my oil change was great but this is the second time I make an appointment to have my alarm checked and the TEC is he is not there.. I made a point when I made the appointment to make sure he would be there and was told he would be. As you can understand that is totally unacceptable

James is fantastic. He's the best on his field. He know exactly what to do. I have another associate help me before, they're all good but James is the best. One thing that makes him the best is he knows what he's doing and if he's not sure, he didn't hesitate to ask with the experts, so with that, he can help me and fix my car problem. Israel exemplified what those “Helpful Honda” commercials aim to convey. He went above and beyond, making sure I was comfortable (I brought my laptop to work on work stuff) and I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready an hour earlier than expected! Israel was informative and patient as if I were the only customer. I had a great experience. If I would have known what a great experience I’d have, I wouldn’t have put off my appointment for months. I had a great experience and I’m sure other customers are just as satisfied.
