Absolutely the worst experience at your location. I talked to Brian and Gary the manager regarding the $2,700 estimation for fixing my Ac. I don’t know anybody at this time who would pay this ridiculous amount of money. My 2017 Honda Pilot is barely 5yrs old and I can’t believe the compressor w clutch and coil needs replacement. I called the complain center already and I have a case number so I’ll b waiting to hear from them soon. Your Honda dealer here is just hungry for money and have no consideration on people your customers. The wear and tear could happen on things but never did I think on my $44,000 pilot 2017. Like I told the manager there Gary, very unhappy and very unsatisfied. Mari

Staff was great half my issue was fixed my radio was not even considered after expressing my issues .. I will contact American Honda for further assistance as a new request to fix my head unit because what is being request is ridiculous and a major inconvenience

Keen attention to detail, he made sure my old vehicle received all necessary maintenance. When he saw issues each stage of the maintenance, he explained with clear information on the condition and the best course of correction.
