Joseph was so polite and helpful, I didn’t have an appointment but he still made me feel welcome and he would be glad to fit me in. I was there for a recall, he also checked in to see if I needed anything. Super nice guy and excellent at customer service!!

Mark is great, no complain. But the service porter change my service arrangement to serve other vehicle owner first, made me wait much longer for service even though I came earlier than other customers. Very disrespectful!

Mark was nice and courteous. But he was rushing through a things. I know the service Dept. is short staffed, costs are going up, and you want to keep up selling but still slow down a bit so I can ask some questions (and let you upsell). If I don’t understand something, it’s hard for me to justify paying for expensive maintenance items!
