Estela was so helpful. I loved how she handled everything in the most professional way she can. Super sweet and a beautiful young lady. The only issue I had a question on was how to connect my music list on blue tooth and I wanted someone to show me how I’m able to listen to the radio and directions when I’m driving. I forgot to ask. Maybe I’ll figure it out. Otherwise, I’ll be back again for my next 5,000 Mile oil change and I’ll specifically ask for Estela. Thank you.

This is first time Someone took time to address concerns regarding issue with vehicle. Issue was discovered while vehicle in warranty and parts not ordered. The extra time and work to follow up reinstated faith in Honda products to keep this customer with Honda when considering new/replacement vehicles.
