Everything was good when I left. But, I didnt notice this until I got home. There was one screw loose on the right side of the drivers seat. It was always unscrewed just a little bit and I could never screw it all the way back in. Now, you can practically unscrew it all the way out and screw it back in, but it won't go in tightly. I need to bring it back in again to get help with this darn screw. Thank you

Service advisor is ok but i waited 3 hrs for the oil change service.

Metro Honda was professional and friendly through the entire process. The service person, Gary, kept in constant contact with through the entire process. I feel like I made a new friend. Metro Honda is truly a cut above. I came in with a “bad situation” and you guys almost made feel grateful for it. Had appt for oil change @ 12:15…..car wasn’t brought into service bay until 1:50…..I had an appointment for a reason. I can understand a half hour to an hour but an hour and a half with an appointment is a little over the top. Other than that service has always been great
