Service coordinator was not helpful. Took my concerns to the manager, Tony Maldonado. He financially addressed my concerns but also very dismissive. Didn’t even let me finish talking when he rudely interrupted and said he’d “help me out.” Also tried reaching him multiple
Times with no follow up, so I went on my lunch. Almost seemed like it was an all boys club and I was a bother. Totally inappropriate from service rep to manager.

I was bringing my car in for service and Joseph walked me through the process and gave me helpful info . I was unsure about a feature on my car and didn’t know how to pull up the oil percentage. Joseph took time to explain everything and walked me through it . He is professional, helpful and so kind . It was like talking to a friend , he deserves a raise and a promotion because he goes the extra mile to help customers.
