Raul was great at customer service and made my needs feel very heard! It’s hard to find someone you genuinely believe wants the best for your car and not just money! Had a great experience, ended up costing me a lot more than expected as I just went in for brakes and had more issues on the engine. I was also helped by Gary who was also very fantastic!

Please be sure to have read the complaint of Jim Boyd thoroughly. He was absolutely terrible and rude. As well as kicked me out of the building, I have a feeling he may lie to you as he refused to provide me with any service or the chance to speak with his supervisor.

I was quoted price for cabin air filter $69.00 I went to parts and bought 2 filters for under $50 so I guess you marked up the prices quite a bit in service so I'm questioning bringing my car back!!!
Smooth and simple ... Metro Honda is our favorite Honda dealership .. We live close to another one, but prefer to go a bit out of our way to Metro for our Honda experience.
