I loved that I didn’t need to wait to be helped out by Joseph. He explained and pointed everything out that needed to be serviced then gave me tips on how I can keep the car running at its best which I definitely appreciated. He kept me updated and everything was done when he said it would be. Will definitely go back to get the car serviced!
James was exceptional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He went above and beyond. I have received service at other dealerships but James provided the best customer service. We will continue to return to Metro and James, recommending him and the service department to our friends and family.

Question: does a customer’s appointment time outweigh the order of arrival numbers placed in the top of the car? I always arrive we’ll before my appointment time, but other customers with a later appointment may arrive extra early getting there before me.
Service was completed time. Judder issue resolved with trans.ission service.
Came in for an air bag recall on my 2008 Honda Civic si which the guy when I made the appointment said it would be 2 hours so I said ok . I get there and the lady helping said 2-3 hours so I still said ok whatever . 3 hours comes still not done , 4 hours come of me waiting there still not done and I start getting frustrated then finally after 5 hours of waiting they finally tell me it’s done after I asked for a rental to go home because I k rq from the start it would take forever
I was told by the dealer in Montana from whom we bought the car that the first service would be free. Your dealership did not honor that. We had an appointment but we still waited 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE! What? $95.00 seems a little excessive for an oil change and tire rotation.

I have done business with Metro Honda service department for many years now and I can confidently say Mr. Boyd is by far the most professional service adviser I’ve dealt with. He was very matter of fact, he tailored his communication to me and gave me a clear understanding of what was done with my car.
