I called in the morning at 7:30 to ask if I could get a ride from Hertz they told me that my service advisor would have to call me back I waited at home for over an hour no return call. I made my way towards Montclair and called again on the way down to your dealership. The man who answered the phone said to me that my advisor was on the other line and she would call me back in five minutes. Needless to say 30 minutes go by and I’m still waiting for a ride at Hertz. I had to ask Hertz for a ride to your dealership Very unprofessional for someone to say they were gonna return your call in five minutes and it wasn’t done. I had places to be an appointment to be at I feel ad though my time was not important to her.
