The only thing I was not satisfied with is that the service took too long and when I picked up my car it took over 30 minutes to get after I had checked. They lost my keys but Gus very kindly helped me and took care of me! Please give that guy a bonus!! Thank you!!

I’m returning tomorrow for more work.
The reason for my dissatisfaction is that I told the service manager I only needed an oil change and she decided to add services that were costly and unnecessary without my knowledge nor approval. I also requested to take the shuttle to the mall when I called to be brought back, no one was available to pick me up or answer the phone. I get my tires rotated through the company I bought them through. The driver that picked me up was not time efficient as well as acted ignorant and could follow instructions and seemed to be illiterate as he could not read JCPENNEY.
