I was impressed by the way that I was kept informed. He called me with the problems I had and gave me an estimate on the repairs and when it should be done. I was sent a text with a phone number to call if I had any questions. The repairs were completed (on the day I was told) I was sent a text and also a phone message that my pick up was “ready to go home “.
The service department at Will Teseira Ford is top notch. They are always friendly, professional and keep me informed during the process of vehicle service. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
I feel like the guys gave it the old college try and tried to find the cause of the intermittent rough idle and occasional engine stall. But they couldn’t, so now I feel like I’m left in limbo and stuck with a car that stalls, just waiting for a CJ light to come on so someone can really get to the bottom of it. Based on the amount of people who seem to have similar issues when you do a Google search, this seems like something Ford should look into the cause(s) so they can send a service advisory to their shops. The truck is only 4 years old and now I’m not as confident taking it on trips, which is very disappointing. Not sure Id buy a Ford again.
