You couldn’t help me because the mechanic was on vacation for two weeks and I need the truck like tomorrow you can put the computer i show my truck The computer the computer anybody can put it in I got a mechanic does does the same thing as you guys you guys charge a lot I bought For because from you guys and you could help me plug in the computer to see what my truck was wrong I think I’m gonna go by Chevy your competition I think is better you guys are liars I bought the truck you told me it was 100,000 miles and I bought us in the warranty and you guys there just gonna be more and you guys are liars or not it’s not true you got to be honest especially people buy new trucks or new cars for new vehicles
I’m very satisfied. Especially with up dates I received since the first day the car was left there. Everything was explained to me. Hopefully I do not need to go back. But if I need work down I’ll return & also recommend the great service I received. Jose explained what would be worked on the car & very professional & a friendly person

Things were satisfying ..
This was the first time I have had an experience that was very impersonal. I was notified by email of the outcome and recommendations of my service appointment while I was waiting in the lounge. It would have been nice to have an update on how things were going (I waited nearly 2 hours for a basic oil change and to check my door latches that were recalled) and provide me with the findings in person instead of by email.
