Chris was really rude to my wife made her feel like if she didn’t know anything first time we called acura, we were answered by Chris in a very rude way as if he did not want to work, after I accepted to get my car serviced and it was done I asked to get a run around of my cars service and he just read off the paper did not know what was done to my car I wanted to physically see what was done he has very bad customer service, this is the reason why I stopped servicing oil change at acura.
Diana has provided excellent customer service, worked with us within our budget, kept us updated and provided assistance to our needs. Definitely one of the best quality service.
