I took my car what it needed was system update and it was not allowing me to do at home. Overall service was great but Diana was very rude I understand that electrical stuff can take some time but she kept telling me that it would be hours before they would even diagnose to fix problem. I had to keep checking in with her instead of her telling me anything or updating me. I just need a time gram because I had my kids at school.

Took too long to be seen when I arrived. Took too long to get my oil changed in New battery. I wasn't even offered a car wash. It's not Stacy's fault. This is all on the service manager. Acura used to provide great service. No more loaner cars. No more rides home.
