I inquired about a possible loose part in my door panel that rattles when driving or playing music. When I picked up the car, the work was not listed on the invoice and the worker (different than who originally helped me) was unaware of my request. I attempted to call the first employee but received no answer. I left a voicemail yesterday but have yet to hear back. Upon leaving the dealership, the rattling was still heard and it appears they did not repair it. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance
