When we got home with the Odyssey, we noticed a serious problem with the rear window seal. It is literally crumbling. It mbreaks apart when touched. It obviously needs to replaced. I will be bringing the Odyssey back to Weir Canyon Honda to discuss this serious issue with Service Advisor Iman Azimi. Oil was changed but the technician did not reset the computer. The current oil display says 30%. When can you send a technician to my house to reset the computer to 100%? It’s an inconvenience to take my time to fix an error I did not create. Frank Krajenbrink ****-****-xxxx

Your technicians lied about doing tire rotations. I took picture of my left front and rear tires before they took it for service( check your cameras) Got my car back and tires on the same spot. They did not rotate them. Bunch of liars scamming assholes. You guys charged me for it ( service advisor said I will get reimbursed, I hope so) it was also on the receipt that they rotated it. Your business is a scam. Already put reviews on yelp and google. Will also report to government agencies about this scam. Those technicians should be fired!!! Check your cameras and see what they really did to my car and I want proof if they really rotated it and I will delete my reviews. Prove it!!! I really hope that if they really lied, I hope they get the KARMA they deserve, these type of people should be in Jail forever!!! And to the owner of this dealership, your managers ****. They are not doing their job, not making sure employees are doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I will make sure people will hear my story and warn them to think twice before going to your dealership. I will tell my family, friends, and social media to avoid your dealership.
