Iman was so great about following up with me on when he requested the parts, when they would arrive, and whether they would be covered by warranty. I appreciated that I didn’t have to constantly check in and he kept me in the loop the entire time!
I had a battery issue that had me concerned about being stranded, despite not having an appointment I was able to get worked into the schedule and had my battery replaced quickly. This is excellent and honestly one of the biggest reason I’ll only be buying from the Yorba Linda Honda. 100% satisfies and grateful!
