Happy repair done under warranty. Car left on Monday 1 pm. No call on status even though I called twice on Tuesday and left messages. Got call at end of day. Needed another day. Wednesday got call that needed to replace a spark plug and needed one more day to verify fix cleared check engine after a cold start and test drive. Bottom line - okay with thoroughness of the mechanic; just appreciate messages promptly keeping me informed.

I really appreciated having Jesus help with my car service on 3/14/26. His customer service was very helpful and I really appreciated all the info he provided. I also appreciated that he let me know how long the service was going to take and didn’t just let me sit and wait for my car to be done. His speedy response was very helpful. I will continue to come back here because the service that I’m provided is always excellent.

Imar’s service was great! The part needed was not in stock; however, it only took one day to get it. The extra trip to Honda was not an issue since I live nearby. Additionally, the dealership has great coffee.
