The service is great at Weir Canyon Honda. The engine light for my car went off and after a recent visit to Pep Boys I did some personal research regarding warranties that my car still falls under since it is only 6 years old. I called multiples Honda dealerships to try to get an answer about how to proceed, and Iman mentioned that he would need some time to check on their warranty coverage, but he got back to me same day to let me know how to proceed! He explained they would have to do their own diagnostic, which makes sense, before officially looking into whether warranty would continue to cover the official cause of the issue. I explained that the light decided to turn off on its own, and I would call back if any further issues which, a few days later the same icon showed up again alerting me of this issue. I called back and was able to reach Iman and we continued with the plan we already discussed days in advance. Iman was extremely helpful throughout this entire process and was able to return the car to me in perfect driving condition! Thank you, Iman!!!

I’m completely satisfied with Bruce. He was great. I’m unsatisfied with the failure to diagnose this issue in an earlier Repair the $3000 repair for the engine mounts should also have diagnosed the worn axles or at least that should have been caught in an earlier multi point inspection. The car appears to now be driving fine.

Smooth and uneventful. Expensive, but well worth it.
Brought car in for routine service and non-functioning air conditioning. Rep said they added refrigerant and replaced a blown fuse. I picked up the car and the a/c seemed to be cooling as I drove to the store, although not as well as before. When I came out of the store to drive home the a/c was again blowing hot air. Returning tomorrow to try to get the a/c fixed.
I appreciate the level of communication and my car was completed in the time promised. My concern is if I am paying $129.95 for the Express Service A1-B1 which included inspection of engine and micron filters, why is it an additional $149.95 to replace them? The labor was done checking them, so I’m not sure why it would cost so much to slip new ones in.
