Well I’m disappointed with Honda. I know for a fact that Honda Civic ac system have serious problems. They fail really quick. I have a 2018 honda civic and the compressor already failed. It’s the second ac repair in less than a year. The dealer want almost $900 to repair my ac when is a defective system. My mother has the same car and it failed too. So I’m left with no AC for the summer and Honda didn’t help me. It’s not fair that I have to pay all that money for something that Honda should take care. If someone can help me I can be reached at

I was in on 5/5/21.
They said there was a recall on my Honda. They knew I was coming back for the recall. If an inspection was necessary they should have checked when they did the oil change not have me come back keep my car for 4 hours to have nothing done. Such a waste of my time. If they were not aware I get it but what happened is poor service.
