Antonio was great Although when the car was returned to me it had service lights turned on that weren’t on prior to dropping off … I brought it up to the people at the service desk they looked into in and took it for drive and everything came back and everything was fix .. something simple yes but just goes to show that they don’t check their work afterwards

Your rates are too high and you charge too many hours to do a simple job. Also Jessica not very friendly and if she doesn’t get what she wants she is a little bit of … a I’m looking for the right word, and trying to be diplomatic.. I can’t find it.

I was told by Lisa that my condenser was repaired and that my compressor was broken. No dye test was done. An independent mechanic showed me that my compressor is fine. According to Lisa, there were two leaks. Why would you empty and then refill coolant, if the compressor is leaking. I will report this the BBB.
