She’s knowledgeable and takes time to answer my questions , and give me an assurance that my car will be taken cared of properly and carefully. Only question I have is I thought the oil change was free due to my contract but I didn’t see it marked on the receipt.. can you please check otherwise I will call.

I have now scheduled 2 appointments online and both times the reservation did not pass to service tech system. Why have an online system if it doesn't work.
