Completely satisfied and would recommend Honda to friends and family
Is the first time I get a really bad experience today, I arrived around 11:00 am and I was supposed to get back my car 2 hours later, I get back to the dealer around 12:45 pm and my car wasn’t ready, at 2:15 pm I asked to the person and the answer was the were running late, finality I get my service done by 4:05 pm, i feel like i wasted my day just waiting for an oil change, is ok I know something can happend but I really apreciares if is informed me that my car will have the services but not sure what time will be done, I decided if I wait at the dealer or I come back at soon they call me, but today I was so mad wasted my time just sitting there
Alexander was awesome, he was polite courteous and knowledgeable. Great customer service from this gentleman.
Jon, as usual was very professional, informative, answered my queries just from simple conversations. Love his interest and passion in what he does. He aims to make you satisfied at the end of the service.
